DANVILLE -- Rebecca Warren made history this morning when she took office as the first woman elected district attorney in Montour and Columbia counties. She already has been sworn into office as Montour County's new DA. President Judge Thomas James Jr. administered the oath of office to her Dec. 23 in Bloomsburg. She succeeds Robert Buehner Jr., who retired after 20 years.
